Boo-Seum: A Dose of Gross

WHEN: Friday, October 27 at 5 p.m.

You will be hard-pressed to find a better place to enjoy the Halloween season than at the Children’s Museum of Green Bay. Boo-Seum: A Dose of Gross is a fun Halloween event that is perfect for families with children aged 2 – 9. The event includes a costume contest with prizes, a spooky spin, glow sticks, Hocus Pocus spells and the chance to make Beetlejuice.

Zoo Boo 

WHEN: Fridays and Saturdays – October 13 to October 28

Halloween comes to the NEW Zoo and Adventure Park each year and the North Shore Bank Zoo Boo event is a fan favorite for local families. Wear your costumes and bring your treat bucket as you explore the zoo, experience Halloween-themed animal exhibits and get candy at trick-or-treat stations. Activities at this Halloween event include the Haunted Zoo Zone, the Happy Haunted Maze and the Zoo Boo Skeleton Safari.

Hot Cider Hustle 5K

WHEN: Sunday, October 22 at 8 a.m.
WHERE: The CityDeck and Fox River Trail – 301 N. Washington St. Green Bay, WI 54301

Lace up your running shoes this fall and pound the pavement for the Hot Cider Hustle 5K in the Green Bay area. This event is fun for all ages with a pair of race options – a 5K race and a half marathon – that will take you on a scenic tour of the Fox River Trail. The race will be chip-timed for runners who want to test their limits and finishers will enjoy hot apple cider and caramel apples at the end of the race. Finishers will receive commemorative race gear, a commemorative mug and a medal at the finish line.
