Christmas Events in Green Bay WI 2015

The Christmas season is upon us, and with it the rush and bustle of buying gifts, decorating houses, making cookies, and making sure that our bags are packed and our vehicles ready for any journeys we are making to relative’s houses for the big Christmas weekend. But sometimes it’s fun to get out the house and take advantage of the Christmas spirit that abounds around us! Keep reading to check out our list of Christmas Events in Green Bay WI 2015 and find the best place for cookies, caroling, and lights!

Concerts and Performances

Dec 10, 11, 12, 13 – Let Me Be Frank Productions: A Frank’s Christmas – 8pm
This show is held at the Meyer Theater and offers a funny and touching story about the holidays.

Dec 11 – Holiday Pops at the Weidner Center – 7:30pm
Hear all your holiday favorites and other music of the season at this grand music event at the Weidner Center for Performing Arts.

Dec 11, 12, 13 – Christmas Stars at Xavier Fine Arts Theatre – 7pm Fri/Sat, 1pm Sun
Some see performers of all ages in this Broadway-style extravaganza of lights, dancing, music, and much more!

Dec 12, 19 – The Spirit of Christmas Past at Heritage Hill – 12-6pm
Enjoy an old fashioned Christmas amid the homes of Heritage Hill with wagon rides, dancing, cooking, crafts, and music. The park will be decorated with historical and homemake Christmas decorations many activities will be available, including pictures with Old World Santa.

Dec 21, 22 – Forever Plaid Presents: Plaid Tidings – 7:30pm
Held at the Birder Studio of Performing Arts, this show presets great holiday hits throughout the ages.

Cookies and Sweet Treats

Dec 11 – Holy Cross Cookie Walk – 1-5pm
Buy homemade cookies by the pound at the Holy Cross School Gym. Each person gets to choose the cookies they would like and save a step on holiday baking.

Dec 11 – Garden Sprouts: Gingerbread Fun – 10am
Designed for children ages 3 to 5 with adult helpers, this event at the Green Bay Botanical Garden shows children how cookies are made from plants, and offers story time. Pre-registration is required.

Dec 13 – Breakfast with Santa – 8:30-11am
Held at the Beja Shrine Center, this event is for adults and children of all ages. Breakfast will be pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and milk, with cookie decorating for children. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there. $7 adults, $4 children.

Dec 12, 13, 18, 19 – Garden of Lights at the Green Bay Botanical Garden – 5pm
Come to see the Green Bay Botanical Garden decked with lights and decorations for the holidays!

Dec 19 – Craft Show at East Town Mall – 10am-6pm
