Included standard with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Fusion models, the fuel economy with this powerhouse and AWD is 20 city MPG and 29 highway MPG. If you choose to keep front-wheel drive (FWD), the fuel economy of this engine is 21 city MPG and 31 highway MPG.

Hybrid Engine Options and Fuel Efficiency
Standard in both Fusion Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid models, the 2.0L i-VCT Atkinson-cycle hybrid engine and 88kW electric motor produce plenty of power while cutting back on fuel. The engine alone produces 141 horsepower and 129 lb-ft of torque. Combined with the electric motor, you can expect your horsepower to reach 188.
