Car Repairs and Detailing for Essential Workers in Green Bay WI, and Manitowoc, WI
Broadway is grateful for the incredible sacrifices of our frontline heroes and for the compassion they show during this time of crisis. Essential workers are just that – essential to all of us, our families, our places of business, and our communities. Broadway wishes to publicly thank so many who courageously work on the front lines to keep our communities healthy, safe, moving, fed, and more. For that reason, we are honored to offer several essential/frontline workers with vehicle makeovers. Frontline workers span many occupations but could include, healthcare professionals, police officers, firefighters, first responders, truck or delivery drivers, food or grocery workers, and more.

Vehicle makeovers will be conducted at each of our Broadway locations: Broadway Chevrolet/Volkswagen on Ashland Avenue, Green Bay; Broadway Ford/Hyundai/Genesis on Military Avenue, Green Bay, and Broadway Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac on Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. A Broadway leadership team will review entries and decide who will be awarded a vehicle makeover; the exact number of makeovers will be decided during the selection process. There is no purchase necessary; makeovers are entirely our gift to the selected individuals.
A vehicle makeover may include mechanical and/or cosmetic repair. The Broadway team will thoroughly inspect the vehicle and consult as to what we can offer to make sure the vehicle is safe, in good working condition and fix-up the appearance, such as new paint or dent and rust removal. For the selected vehicle owners, Broadway may also provide a loaner vehicle to use during the makeover.

How to Apply for a Vehicle Makeover at Broadway Automotive
If you are a frontline worker during the time of COVID and would like to apply for a makeover, or if you would like to nominate a frontline/essential worker, please send an email to vehiclemakeover@broadwayautomotive.com by May 17th (only one submission per person; we will not select based on number of entries for an individual). In your email, please include:
- Your name and contact info (if you are submitting on behalf of someone else)
- Name and contact info of the frontline employee (phone, email, and address)
- Occupation/place of employment
- A paragraph why you/they should be selected
- Photos of the vehicle to receive the makeover
Selected individuals will be announced by May 19th. Broadway will contact the winners directly and will post the list here on our blog page. Additionally, we will provide updates during the makeover process. We will be proud to show off our team’s work!
